PP 569 - Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Individualized Drug Dosing

This course is designed to incorporate principles of applied pharmacokinetic methods, therapeutic drug monitoring, and pharmacogenetic testing in developing, modifying, and evaluating individualized patient drug dosing regimens. Consideration and evaluation of altered organ physiology and disease states that influence drug disposition and patient response to medication will also be covered.
