Education Abroad

Study Abroad

USciences and New York University’s (NYU) Study Abroad Program have an articulation agreement that enables eligible USciences students to study at NYU campuses in Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America for a semester. Courses are treated as USciences courses, and both credits and grades appear on the student’s USciences transcript.

Short-Term Education Abroad Programs

Each year various academic departments organize Short-Term Education Abroad Programs. Travel Study Courses allow students to earn USciences credits in an accelerated format abroad. Study Tour Courses combine a traditional on campus course with a short period of travel (generally less than two weeks) and are designed to provide students with firsthand experience of the subject they are studying. Although the list of courses changes each year, in recent years students have traveled to China, England, France, Japan, Poland, Puerto Rico, and the American Southwest.
