PP 351 - Introduction to Mental Health for Pharmacists


The purpose of the course is to become familiar with the treatment of mental illness in the U.S. by reviewing social and medical history, to recognize the differences in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology in the treatment approaches, and to review the basics of pharmacology for medications used in the treatment of most common psychiatric disorders.
